At Rome Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience on the mountain. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return new, unused equipment within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all snowboards, bindings, and boots are in their original packaging with tags attached; items must be in unmounted and unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
